In addition to delivering high-quality products, the company contributes positively to society—by ensuring safe and decent working conditions, supporting local communities, and maintaining responsible consumer relations.
Initiatives aligned with ESRS S1 (Own Workforce), S3 (Affected Communities), and S4 (Consumers and End-Users) confirm that the National Food Group is a socially responsible organization throughout the value chain.
The Group contributes to the following SDGs, with a strong emphasis on:
- Goal 5 – Gender Equality, by promoting equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace and among stakeholders.
ESRS S1 – Employment
The Group follows best practices in employee rights protection, creating a safe, equitable, and growth-oriented work environment. A key element is the Collective Labor Agreement, which guarantees employment stability and fair treatment. An Anti-Mobbing and Anti-Discrimination Policy ensures just working conditions, regardless of gender, age, or experience.
The company fosters social dialogue and supports free and independent trade unions as vital to building a partnership-based relationship with employees. In line with the UN 2030 Agenda, gender equality is a priority—evidenced by the development of a Gender Equality Plan (GEP). Employees benefit from training, wellness programs, medical care, group insurance, and a Company Pension Scheme.
ESRS S3 – Community Engagement
The Group builds strong relationships with local communities, supporting initiatives in health, education, culture, and social inclusion. It collaborates with farmers, local governments, and industry organizations, promoting social responsibility and local engagement.
Through the "Pomaganie Krzepi" Foundation, the company implements projects such as “Koszyk pełen dobra” and “Pomaganie Krzepi Team,” involving employees and communities in volunteering, charity work, and healthy lifestyle promotion.
