Leszek Świętochowski - President of the Management Board of Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza S.A.

Leszek Świętochowski is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the Agricultural Academy in Warsaw at the Faculty of Agricultural Economics. He completed the Postgraduate Study of Local Government and Local Development at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in the field of real estate management at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He started his professional path from work in local government. Next, in the years 2001-2005 and 2002-2004, he was respectively a member of the Sejm of the 3rd and 4th term and a member of the College of the Public Procurement Office. He sat on parliamentary committees: environmental protection, natural resources and forestry, and public finance. He dedicated the next years of professional work to the Agricultural Property Agency, in which he finally held the position of president until 2015. Leszek Świętochowski also has experience in supervisory bodies: he chaired the supervisory board of the Elewarr company, held the position of Member and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Municipal Economy Department of the Stanin Commune, he was also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza S.A. From May 2024 to March 31, 2025, president of the Horse Stud in Janów Podlaski. On June 2, 2025, he was appointed President of the Management Board of KGS S.A.

Agnieszka Galewska – Member of the Management Board of Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza S.A.

Agnieszka Galewska is a graduate of economics at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź. She holds an MBA title obtained at the WSB Merito University in Wrocław [formerly: Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa]* co-conducting in the field of education with Franklin University. She completed Postgraduate Studies at the Kozminski University in the field of Management Accounting, European Law at the Warsaw School of Economics, and Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law at the Łazarski University. Experience as a manager, with a focus on the area of finance, she gained in subsidiaries of PGE SA, KGHM SA, as well as in the company PWPW SA, and in private companies such as: Ciech SA (currently Qemetica SA) and its subsidiaries, Adamietz sp. z o.o., Adamietz Warszawa sp. z o.o., Majami sp. z o.o. and Unitop sp. z o.o. Agnieszka Galewska has experience in the field of management, optimization of enterprise operating costs, co-creation and optimization of businesses within capital groups, management of the areas of finance, investment, trade and maintenance of production plants.

Tomasz Olenderek - Member of the Management Board of Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza S.A.

Tomasz Olenderek is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, the School of Management and Banking in Płock, the Warsaw University of Technology and the School of Management and Banking in Toruń. For over three decades he has been connected with the sugar industry. His professional career began in 1991 in Cukrownia Borowiczki S.A. in Płock, where he went through a professional path from a bioblock operator to the manager of the commercial department. In 2000, he was elected by employees to the supervisory board of Cukrownia Borowiczki S.A., and then as their representative he sat on the supervisory board of the former Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa S.A.

Since 2006, he has been performing the function of a Member of the Management Board of the current Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza S.A. elected by employees. He was responsible, among others, for restructuring processes in the changing company, co-created and implemented key programs and initiatives, such as the Collective Labor Agreement, the Employee Health Program and the Employee Pension Program. In connection with the elections conducted on December 17 and 18, 2024, Tomasz Olenderek was elected as a Member of the Management Board of the 10th term on behalf of the employees of Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza S.A.

Łukasz Rycharski - Member of the Management Board of Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza S.A.

Łukasz Rycharski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration University of Warsaw and Łukaszewski University. For over 30 years he has been dealing with enterprise management and advisory for organizations and institutions. He possesses many years of experience in the area of product safety, communication, negotiation, management and crisis communication. Łukasz Rycharski his professional activity realized tasks at the intersection of economy, public and social affairs, cooperating with entities representing various market sectors. In the years 2000–2005 he participated in processes preparing Polish enterprises to function on the single market of the European Union.

Jan Sobusiak - Member of the Management Board of Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza S.A.

Jan Sobusiak is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business in the field of Marketing and Management. He also completed prestigious programs for executive management: Management II – Strategic Leadership Academy organized by the ICAN Institute and the Management program at the Canadian International Management Institute, both implemented in cooperation with Harvard Business School. Jan Sobusiak is a manager with over 30 years of experience in strategic, operational management and corporate supervision, gained in international capital groups as well as production and distribution companies. He developed his career, among others, in the structures of such concerns as General Electric, Hagemeyer and Würth. He held the functions of President of the Management Board and Managing Director, being responsible for the full scope of P&L, strategy and organization transformation. He also possesses experience in the implementation of complex investment programs, including planning, construction and settlement of technological infrastructure. Jan Sobusiak specializes in the optimization of business processes, implementation of modern operational management standards and building effective management teams.
